Odds on Costa Rica to Win World Cup 2018
As we mentioned in the introduction to this guide, Costa Rica are generally considered to be a very unpredictable team in the World Cup 2018. This is why the odds mentioned in the table above look so varied. Whilst the odds on Costa Rica winning 2018 World Cup are still pretty lengthy, at 450/1, they have shortened considerably in the past few weeks, as the competition draws closer.
Part of the problem with backing Costa Rica to progress to any point past the group stage, is that they face very stiff competition in their first few matches.
In Group E, Brazil are naturally the favourites to advance, but choosing a team to progress with them is no mean feat. That being said, if Costa Rica do manage to make it into the round of sixteen, you can expect the odds Costa Rica win World Cup 2018 to change dramatically.
