Brazil World Cup 2018 Squad: Strengths and Weaknesses
Looking at the players mentioned above, it’s clear that Brazil’s biggest strength will be their attack. Neymar is returning to the team after recovering from injury, and will be backed up by other star forwards such as Coutinho, Gabriel Jesus and the talented left-back, Marcelo.
Although they are the favourites to win the competition outright, Brazil do have a weak point in their defense. Their star defender Dani Alves recently sustained an injury and so has not made the final squad which could be detrimental. His replacement Danilo is very talented, but Alves would have been a measurably better addition.
