Morocco Starting Eleven
Unlike some teams in the World Cup 2018, Morocco will be travelling to Russia without a team full of instantly recognizable names.
However, whilst many of the players are relatively unknown to those who only watch European league football, there are some who stand out from the crowd as impressive, and therefore will surely make manager Herve Renard’s starting eleven.
Read on to find out who has made the Morocco 23-man squad and which of those players we think will be selected to play in their first match against Iran.

Morocco World Cup 2018: Who Is Expected to Start?
As we just noted, Morocco’s first World Cup 2018 match will be against Iran and this will take place on the 15th of June. Until then, we can’t say for sure who will make the team’s starting eleven, but we can make some predictions based around who has been performing well recently.
For instance, we’re pretty sure both Hakim Ziyech and M’barek Boussoufa will make the line-up. Ziyech is the team’s best midfielder, and one of the best playmakers in Europe, whilst Boussoufa is a veteran player for Morocco. We also think El Kaabi and Carcela will be started up-front, whilst the defence will be brought up by first-choice goalkeeper Mohamedi.
