Panama Starting Eleven
One thing that Panama has which is going their way is the fact that no one knows what to expect from a team that is playing its World Cup series. Team coach, Hernan Dario Gomez has realized this and isn’t making things any easier for his opponents either.
In a recent interview, coach Gomez has said that he believes that a 5-4-1 formation can cause massive troubles to both Belgium and England. To top things off, the Panama squad seems pretty comfortable and experienced at executing this strategy too.
In the qualifying campaign alone, Panama has used more than three strategies, with each strategy sporting a different formation (4-4-2, 3-4-3 and 5-4-1) and different players. That said, predicting the 11 man line-up of Panama will be slightly difficult the strategy Panama will decide to take adopt in their matches is unknown.
