Champion Raceway is a classic three reel slot, which is something we don’t see many software developers creating nowadays. Whilst these kinds of slots can seem less exciting than huge payline games, rest assured that IGT have pulled out all the stops in creating Champion Raceway, which was only launched a couple of months ago.
Champion Raceway boasts a classic theme, so expect fruity symbols across the reels as well as a 3x multiplier wild. The most interesting thing about the game,however, is the race feature which can be found above the reels. Much like the retro derby games found at funfairs, here you’ll see the horses jump forward as you spin and when the race ends you’ll reap some decent rewards.
Every symbol on the reels can include a sub-symbol too, which are represented by different coloured rosettes. These rosettes correspond with the horses in the race feature, and every time you land a sub-symbol the matching horse will progress one space within the race. The first horse to reach the end of the race will grant you a bonus, which is different depending on which horse wins.
The red horse will give you a huge 60x your stake, the green horse 20x your stake and the yellow horse 10x your stake. The horses to look out for however, are the pink and blue, as these will trigger the Victory Lap bonus round, which awards you with extra spins, and adds an increasing multiplier to the reels. This bonus round can help you rack up some incredible wins!
Kingdom Of Wealth Slot
Kindgom of Wealth is a medieval themed slot, which boasts 5 reels and 30 paylines. It takes players on an exciting quest where they can progress from a lowly serf to an almighty king! The slot is brought to us by Blueprint Gaming and the graphics are second to none. The reels are set on the battlefield, and symbols include royal crests, a wise monk, a beautiful queen and a formidable barbarian. You’ll also find lower paying symbols represented by the classic 10 to Ace card values.
Kingdom of Wealth is packed full of bonus features, and one of the most unique parts of this game is the fact that players can progress to the top of medieval society by completing certain spinning quests, such as achieving consecutive wins, or consecutive losing spins. All players will start off as a mere Serf, but can unlock the ranks Commoner, Merchant, Sheriff, Knight, Baron, Duke, Viceroy, King Regent and King.
There are three ‘Throne’ reel positions in the game, and these are framed by a gold border and appear in the middle of reels 1, 3 and 5. If these frames are filled by either a queen, a monk or a barbarian symbol they unlock further special features. If the queen symbol lands in the throne space on reel one, she will add magical hearts to the reels which change symbols into wilds, which then substitute for all other symbols.
Alternatively, if a monk symbol lands in the throne space on reel three, ‘holy wilds’ are added to the reels. These wilds expand to fill the whole reel, giving players tons of chances of creating a winning combination. Last but not least is the barbarian symbol which, if found in the throne space on reel five, will reward players with colossal 3×3 wilds added to their reels.
In addition to the throne bonus features, the game also boasts another mini game and a extra spins round. The mini-game, Battle Bonus, is triggered when three different characters fill each throne space. Once the round is activated, players will be given the opportunity to pick a shield, which can either multiply your current win or respin that characters reel. You can keep picking shields until you hit the ‘surrender’ shield.
The extra spins round, Royal Re-spins, is triggered when any three matching symbols appear in each throne space. Players will then be given the option of picking one of the shields that appear above the reels, which will add matching symbols to the reels, increasing your chances of creating a winning combination.
