Mobile Invoicing: The Future Deposit Method For Mobile Casinos

moble invoiceAs more people switch over to playing casinos on their mobile phones, more players than ever are spending time at their casinos while on the go, due to the freedom that mobile casinos have to offer. If you’re playing on the go, it makes sense to pay on the go, and this is why we’ve seen a huge increase in mobile payment methods becoming widely available at casinos, with mobile phone bill depositing from Boku, mobile e-wallets with PayPal and mobile banking services like Zimpler.

The next gap in mobile payments is the ability to make payments with your mobile, even when you haven’t got the money on you right now. It’s a gap which credit cards currently fill, but since credit cards aren’t exactly the most mobile friendly depositing method ever, we need a version of credit which fits the need of the more mobile customer that we have playing right now. That’s where mobile invoicing comes in to fill that gap and become the future depositing method of the mobile casinos.

How Is Mobile Invoicing Different?

mobile paymentEveryone reading this probably already knows what an invoice is, but for those who don’t, we should drop into the basics briefly. An invoice is simply a bill, requesting that you pay for a service which you’ve already received. Invoicing already exists in a few banking services where users can receive cash on credit and then pay off the loan later, with an invoice sent out to remind you of the amount you owe and the date it is required by.

Mobile invoicing works much the same, but every aspect of the transaction is carried out from your mobile phone. When users head to their casino and make a deposit using mobile invoicing, they will confirm the amount they wish to deposit before confirming the transaction. Players will then have to add their mobile phone number and their name. Your credit rating will then be checked using this information, in a check which will last no longer than about 30 seconds.

Once all of this has been confirmed and your credit rating has been evaluated to be in the green, the money will then be deposited into your casino wallet. You’ll then receive an invoice which will confirm the amount you owe and the date that you must pay it by, as well as the method of payment which your mobile invoicing provider accepts. This keeps everything tied to your mobile phone, so everything from your payment to your receipts is all kept mobile friendly.

If you mobile phone bill deposit on a contract phone, then you might already be using a version of this, since your payment is deducted from your mobile phone bill, which appears as a charge at your end of the month bill. In effect, you’re taking money on credit in order to use your mobile casino, however, mobile invoicing is completely separate to your mobile phone bill.

When Should We Expect Mobile Invoicing?

mobile casinoMobile invoicing is currently running a pilot program over in Scandinavia, with the service working in sync with North European banks. This beta version of the service is to determine whether it has any market value, but also to work out the kinks in the system, to provide speedy credit checks, which can realistically be used by the average consumer.

Mobile invoicing is proving to be popular so far and much like its other Scandinavian cousins, such as Trustly and Zimpler, we expect it to start rolling out in a year or so, becoming available at mobile first, due to their strong compatibility. As always, Fortune Frenzy aims to deliver a mobile friendly experience to all its customers, and so you can expect mobile invoicing to be first on our list, when we start looking for all new ways for our customers to make payments using their mobile.

Mobile invoicing is just that service, offering you the ability to play at your casino whenever you want, with the ability to cover the cost, when payday rolls around.
