Fortune Frenzy’s HQ had to be abandoned on Easter Sunday in Gibraltar as a generator at a nearby power station exploded due to some sort of mechanical failure. Thankfully, no one was killed but our gaming operations were temporarily disrupted. The power outage also affected the likes of Betfred, Ladbrokes and William Hill meaning that our busy Easter Sunday sports program was played without many people being able to place bets.

The explosion was reported as an unexpected event and one which was unpredictable in nature. Luckily, emergency services on the British territory were on the scene pretty quickly to stem the flames and the heavy smoke, with the good news that everyone was evacuated to safety.
We here at Fortune Frenzy personally believe that the power generators couldn’t handle the massive increase in demand for our superb April Cash-Pot give away and they simply blew up under the pressure…just our theory mind you!
