Originally first mentioned a few months ago back in February this year the acquisition of Probability by GTECH for £18m has now been completed.
The well-known London-listed mobile gaming operator Probability and the wholly-owned businesses of Probability Gaming Corporation will now act as subsidiaries of GTECH as well as retaining all of its existing employees.
